Louise is a renowned teacher and speaker who blends holistic therapies to help individuals relieve stress, regain confidence, and achieve lasting well-being.
After a life-altering accident in her 20s, Louise spent a year undergoing painful medical treatment for back, hip, and neck injuries. Unable to work and told spinal surgery was her only option, she prayed for another way. The next day, a yoga class flyer arrived at her door—a moment that changed everything.
Barely able to walk, she crawled into her first session but was amazed at how much better she felt by the end. As she continued practicing yoga, her body healed. When she returned to her surgeon, he reviewed her MRI report and simply said, “Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it.”
Inspired by her transformation, Louise left her 13-year corporate career to become a yoga teacher and in 1999 founded one of Ireland’s first Holistic Clinics.
Having studied with personal development pioneers like Dr Wayne Dyer, Dr Deepak Chopra, and Eckhart Tolle, she now dedicates her life to helping others regain the strength and confidence to enjoy a healthy, stress-free life, naturally.
Filippo is a passionate Italian chef who creates nourishing, sustainably sourced dishes that delight the senses and promote well-being.
Growing up in Italy, Filippo, like many, struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food, experiencing weight fluctuations and declining energy, vitality, and mental well-being.
His culinary journey began in a prestigious 4-star hotel, later leading him to one of Italy’s top seasonal restaurants. Initially specialising in fish, he soon realised the importance of balanced meals and spent seven years refining his craft before embarking on a transformative journey around the world.
Travelling and volunteering, he discovered the true value of food—and the often-overlooked ingredient: time. Returning home, he embraced goat farming and cheese-making before stepping back into the kitchen with a new purpose.
Now, he shares his passion for food as a source of nourishment, crafting meals that feed not just the body but the soul.

Not at all! Our yoga sessions are tailored for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Each practice is gentle and restorative, focusing on movement, breath, and relaxation.
Your retreat package includes accommodation, all meals, yoga and meditation sessions, workshops, and access to the venue’s facilities. Some retreats also include excursions and cooking classes—check your specific retreat for details.
The nearest airport is Faro, Portugal. We offer an optional group transfer from Faro to the retreat venue, or you can arrange your own transport. Detailed arrival information will be provided upon booking.
Comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, a swimsuit for pool or beach time, a reusable water bottle, and any personal items you need. A full packing list will be sent before your retreat.
